Join us for a heart-centered sound bath experience designed especially for caregivers and their little ones. This 45-minute class uses soothing sounds and healing vibrations to help regulate and calm both the caregiver’s and baby’s nervous systems. It’s a gentle, nurturing space to relax, bond, and reset - together.
***Please note: Tickets are required for each adult/caregiver attending.
Babies do not require a ticket, but every adult attending does, including moms, dads, grandparents, partners, nannies, and other caregivers.
We absolutely welcome your support system! However, our Baby & Mommy Sound Baths have very limited capacity, and each adult takes up a designated seat/space. Because of this, every adult or caregiver must have their own ticket.
Example: Mom + baby = 1 ticket
Mom + baby + Dad = 2 tickets
Mom + baby + Grandma + Dad = 3 tickets
