Join us, in collaboration with Delve and SpringHill Suites Oceanside, for a one-of-a-kind rooftop pool floating sound bath at sunset overlooking the ocean.
This 90-minute experience begins with a gong activation standing in a giant Tibetan singing bowl in front of a large gong (think total body vibrations), followed by gentle loading into rafts and lounge chairs. You will then enjoy a 60-minute immersive sound journey led by Zen Diego Wellness. As the sun sets over the water, let the soothing tones and vibrations wash over you. The evening concludes with a cup of herbal tea to ground and reconnect while enjoying the twilight ocean views.

Float directly on the rooftop pool while instruments are played around you for full sensory immersion. The gentle movement of the water enhances the vibrations of sound for a deeply meditative experience. (Premium option)
🪷 Poolside Lounge Experience – $40
Relax comfortably in a lounge chair beside the pool, close to the water’s edge. Enjoy the full sound experience surrounded by ocean views and the tranquil rooftop atmosphere. (Standard option)
Please bring anything to help you feel more comfortable, such as water, eye masks, and a blanket or pillow for added comfort during the sound bath. Blankets and eye masks available upon request if you choose not to bring your own.
While our goal is to keep you dry, we are dealing with water, so you may get slightly wet if you choose the raft experience. No bathing suit is required. For attire during this event, think comfy and cozy clothes to help you relax.
